Discounted annual Start Romagna passes for students of the University of Bologna travelling in the Cesena, Forlì, Ravenna and Rimini areas.
Updates will follow in the event of a possible reactivation.
Agreement between Start Romagna and the University of Bologna
Start Romagna has signed an agreement with the University of Bologna that allows discounted annual passes to be purchased by UniBO students enrolled in bachelor’s degrees, master’s degrees, single-cycle degrees, exchange programmes, PhD programmes, postgraduate master’s and specialisation schools.
The agreement is valid from 1 September 2025 to 31 August 2026 (or until funds run out). To benefit from it, you must show at the ticket office your valid enrolment certificate, which can be downloaded from the Studenti Online portal.
- Students enrolled in bachelor’s degree programmes;
- Students enrolled in master’s and single-cycle degree programmes;
- Students taking part in exchange programmes;
- PhD students, and students enrolled in master’s programmes and specialisation schools.
UniBO annual passes
Personal annual passes (12 calendar months) that allow you to travel on multiple routes within the selected fare zones.
The fares listed apply to passes from 1 up to 5 zones.

The pass is loaded onto the Mi Muovo smartcard. The first smartcard issued in the student’s name is free of charge (instead of the standard € 5.00 cost).

Where to buy your pass
To purchase the pass, please go to one of the Start Romagna ticket offices in Ravenna, Rimini, Forlì, Cesena or Riccione.
