Location and key features

Clementini Car Park is located just a short walk from Rimini city centre, with vehicle access from Largo Martiri d’Ungheria (Punto Bus area) and Via Roma, and exit onto Via Roma. It is designed for those reaching the central area by car and looking for regulated, easy-to-use parking.

Operating hours and parking rates

Parking is subject to a daytime hourly fee from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and a flat night-time fee from 8:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., excluding market days.

The car park is open every day. Payment hours, any updates and specific service conditions are indicated on notices displayed at the entrances, at the pay stations and in the regulations.
Important – market days
From 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Wednesdays and Saturdays the area hosts the open-air market and all traffic and parking is prohibited, except for authorised vehicles and those serving market stallholders. Any unauthorised vehicles present in the area during these days and time slots will be fined and towed away by the Municipal Police. All costs and risks are fully borne by the vehicle owner.

Season tickets

A monthly parking pass is available for €25, designed for frequent users of Clementini Car Park. The pass is personal and non-transferable and entitles the holder to use the car park within the limits and under the conditions set out in the regulations.

If you lose your parking ticket, press the “lost ticket” button at the pay station: a ticket for €30 will be issued to enable you to exit the car park.

How to use the car park and safety rules

Access, parking and exit are managed through automated systems. Please follow the signage and instructions provided by Start Romagna to ensure correct and safe use of the facility.

How to use the car park
Access, payment and exit.
  • The main access to the car park is from Via Roma, near the exit. Drivers approaching from the south must use the Punto Bus roundabout to turn around and then turn right after the petrol station, following the signs for Clementini Car Park.
  • To access the car park, approach the barrier slowly, press the button on the column to request a ticket, take the ticket and wait for the barrier to open.
  • Keep your ticket for the entire duration of your stay: you will need it to pay at the automatic pay station located near the entrance to the Start Romagna Punto Bus (car park side).
  • At the end of your parking period, go to the pay station, insert your ticket and complete payment by following the instructions on the display.
  • To exit, approach the barrier slowly, hold the ticket close to the reader on the column and wait for it to be read. Once you remove the ticket, the barrier will open and you can leave. You must exit within 10 minutes of payment; after that, another payment will be required.

  • Clementini Car Park is reserved for passenger cars without any type of trailer and for motorcycles only.
  • The car park is equipped with video surveillance systems in compliance with current data protection regulations.
  • Inside the car park it is forbidden to idle with the engine running, perform dangerous manoeuvres, leave rubbish or occupy more than one space with the same vehicle.
  • We strongly recommend not leaving valuables inside your vehicle: the operator is not liable for theft or damage that cannot be directly attributed to its responsibility.
  • In the event of an accident or damage to the infrastructure or other vehicles, you must promptly report the incident using the contact details indicated in the regulations and on the information signs on site.
