Requirements for issue

The issue of a reduced-fare subscription is subject to compliance with the requirements set out by current regulations.

Required documentation

Completed and signed application form;
Valid 2025 ISEE certification (income-based reductions, seniors or large families);
Disability certificate for disability-related reductions.

Urban subscription applicants must be residents of the municipality where the subscription is valid. Extra-urban or integrated subscriptions require residence in one of the municipalities of the Forlì-Cesena area.
