Online top-up service
Top up your Mi Muovo annual and monthly passes in just a few steps, without going to the ticket office.
From 1 January 2025, transactions related to the purchase of public transport season tickets (local, regional and inter-regional) will be sent by Start Romagna to the Italian Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate).
These data will be included by the Revenue Agency in your pre-filled tax return for the following year, making it easier to manage tax deductions for your season tickets.

Go to Customer Service pageTo top up your Mi Muovo pass, fill in the form on this page and follow the instructions displayed on the screen.
- Enter the Mi Muovo card number in the dedicated field.
- Type the surname of the card holder exactly as it appears on the card.
- Follow the steps shown in the subsequent screens and complete your payment.
Once the operation is complete, the top-up will be available on your Mi Muovo card. Remember to validate your pass on your first journey, following the instructions on board or at the stop.
Having trouble renewing your pass online?
If you encounter any issues during the top-up process (data not recognised, payment not completed or other error messages), you can rely on direct support from Start Romagna staff.
If you are unable to renew your pass remotely, we invite you to visit the nearest Punto Bus.
