Tell us what you left on board our vehicles and we will do our best to return it to you.
What to do if you forgot something on board
The Start Romagna network relies on several depots and operating sites (Cesena, Forlì, Ravenna, Rimini, Riccione and others) where vehicles are prepared and cleaned for the following day’s service.
Items found on board are registered by type, date and place where they were found. It is important to report the loss as soon as possible and provide as many details as you can, in order to increase the chances of locating what was left on board.
Although Start Romagna cannot accept any liability for items lost on buses, every report received activates a search procedure. You must therefore fill in the form below with your personal details and contact information, together with all details that can help us precisely identify the circumstances of the loss (date of the event, time, place, route, etc.).
In the case of bags, backpacks or holdalls, please specify the contents, colour and any brand name. Start Romagna undertakes to provide a reply (letter, SMS, e-mail or phone call) to the contact details you provided as soon as the search procedure has been completed.
If wallets or personal documents are found, they are handed over as soon as possible by Start Romagna to the local Carabinieri (police) station.
Valuable items such as mobile phones, wallets, jewellery etc. that have been kept for a long time will be delivered to the municipal “lost property” office in the area where Start Romagna has stored them. Items that are not considered valuable and that have not been claimed within 60 days from the date they were found will be donated to charity organisations.
