Complaints and suggestions
For us, complaints and suggestions represent an important instrument to get to know our customers and the awareness they have of services supplied.
Complaints and suggestions in fact express the reasons of customers’ dissatisfaction and, starting from solving the reported problems or from users’ suggestions, allow to contribute in improving service.
For each complaint, an inquiry procedure concerning the critical points indicated, is activated. For this reason, it’s necessary to fill in the below form by inserting one’s particulars together with the address and any detail that may be useful to exactly identify the main points and circumstances of the event (date of the event, time, place, route, etc.).
Start Romagna commits itself to provide the customer with a written or over the phone reply (letter, text message, e-mail) within the expected time given by the Mobility Card of the area of competence. To file a written or over the phone report, it’s possible to apply to the official office of one’s own area.
